Bottle gourd soup( Dudhi Soup)

Bottle gourd is also known as doodhi or lauki in Hindi. This soup is easy to make. It is quite filling too.
Ingredients for bottle gourd soup.
1 bottel gourd ( dudhi )
1 onion
And a cup of boiled golden corn.
salt and pepper powder according to taste.
Method to make bottle gourd soup.
-Pressure cook the bottle gourd with onion for just one whistle.
-When done open the pressure cooker and let it cool down.
-Churn/blend it in a mixer and strain it.
-Add some water according to the consistency you want. Once done, add salt and black pepper for seasoning. Bring to boil.
Serve hot. While serving , sprinkle the golden corn on it.
Enjoy your soup.
