These healthy snack recipes are easy to make. Snacks are food items that we eat in
between meals. Everybody loves snacks. Not just children, grown ups
too love snacks.

We consider that having three regular meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner is better than having snacks.
But what if you can healthy snacks? Wouldn't that be more interesting and beneficial too?
It is sometimes difficult to make kids eat the regular rice and bread and vegetables etc at dinner or any other meal. Offer them healthy filling snacks which are made using rice or whole wheat flour and vegetables.
They will be happy to get what they like and you will feel happy when they eat what you prepared and appreciated.
