Hi,

You have described it so well....I can almost smell the masala! It brings nostalgic memories to me....I spent my childhood in Kolkata, and in winter, we would watch cricket matches in Eden Garden,where we would buy masala chai in small mud-cups (kulhad)...guess what was the cost....25 paise for 3 cups!!

I wonder, if you had ordered that second cup of chai, would you have enjoyed it same as the first one? You may be thinking about that second cup because you did not get to order it. I can relate to that.

In life, many times, we regret more things that we did not do than the things we did. Your experience is one such experience.

I hope, in near future, you get to visit Nasik, that the place is still there and you get your second cup of masala chai. I hope you get to drink as many cups as you want.

After visiting Nasik, do come back and let us know about your second cup of chai tea (as it is known in some other countries.
