Palak Paneer with cream

Try this easy palak paneer with cream recipe.
Palak / spinach is easily available everywhere and it is healthy too.
Make this palak paneer curry for lunch, dinner or for a party menu.
You can make it and serve it later.
How to make palak paneer with cream
Ingredients to make palak paneer with cream
Two bundles of Palak
2 onions
4 garlic
Ginger
2 green chilles
400g paneer
2tsp lavang n Taaj / dalchini(cinnamon)powder
Salt to taste
Ingredients for tarka / tempering
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp kasuri methi powdered
Cooking method for palak paneer with cream
Blanch Palak n crush it with 2 chilies in a grinder.
Heat 3 tbsp ghee sauté onion,garlic n ginger paste
Now add Taaj lavang powder n saute it
Add paneer cut into cubes n sauté it
Then add Palak puree to it
Now add the tarka
Cover it n cook it for 10 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame.
You can serve this palak paneer with roti, chapati, naan, pulav, plain rice etc.
While serving add 1/2 box of amul cream.
Serve hot and Enjoy.
