This paneer capsicum onion paratha recipe is quick and easy.
Serve it for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a filling snack.
You may add finely chopped cauliflower if you wish.
Add finely chopped green chilies, ginger paste if you like it hot and spicy.
How to make paneer capsicum onion paratha
Ingredients for paneer capsicum onion paratha
500gms of paneer,
1 capsicum,
1 onion,
seasoning such as pepper n salt according to taste,
chopped coriander leaves n
wheat flour dough.
Preparation and cooking method for stuffed paratha
First knead the dough with wheat flour, salt and water as you usually do for chapati or paratha and keep aside.
Chop finely capsicum and onions, coriander leaves.
Then mix the paneer capsicum,onion, all the spices along with coriander leaves n form a mixture to be stuffed in the dough.
Now make small, equal sized balls of the dough n stuff the mixture in the ball.
Roll each ball with the help of a rolling pin on the board very carefully so that the mixture does not come out.
Heat a tava / girdle / skillet / frying pan.
Now put the parantha on the heated tawa n cook it from both the sides by applying ghee or oil whichever u wish to use.
When the parantha is cooked from both the sides remove it from the tawa onto a plate.
Serving stuffed paratha
Now serve it in a serving plate with butter or curd(plain yogurt, your favorite pickle or curry.
