Spicy Macaroni Recipe

This spicy macaroni recipe is a quick recipe.
Serve it for breakfast or as a quick snack.
Kids will love it when you offer them this macaroni dish when they come back home after school.
How to make spicy macaroni?
List of ingredients and the quantity
1 cup boiled macroni,
1/2 teaspoon zeera(cumin seeds),
2 chopped onions,
ground paste of two tomatoes,
2-3 garlic chopped,
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
fresh green coriander leaves - chopped.
Preparation to do before cooking
- boil the macaroni first..and wash it with fresh water.
Remove the water and let the macaroni dry.
Step by step cooking instructions
Heat a pan,put two teaspoon oil.
Put some zeera in hot oil,then add chopped onion into it with garlic pieces.
Fry it till it get golden brown.
Then add tomato paste into it.
Stir it nicely till it leaves the oil.
Then add salt,chilli powder and some black pepper powder into it.
Lastly put macaroni into the pan,then sprinkle fresh coriander leaves into it and mix well.
Serve it hot with green chutney or ketchup.
Tip
Make sure not to leave the boiled macaroni in the water for long time..after boiling, strain and remove from water immediately.
What variations can you make with this recipe?
You can add some tomato ketchup in the end in the pan also and fry it.
