This tofu burgy or bhurji is a good healthy substitute for egg bhurji or paneer bhurjee.


You can serve it as a evening snack or as a side dish or accompaniment for chapati or roti or poori.

How to make Tofu Bhurji - Burgy


List of ingredients and the quantity


-Tofu -100gms
-onions - 2 medium sized
-green chillies - 3
-capsicum - 1 medium sized
-turmeric - a pinch
- oil - 2 tbsp
- salt to taste

Preparation to do before cooking tofu bhurji


-crumble tofu n keep aside
-chop finely onions , green chillies and capsicum

Step by step cooking instructions


-heat pan add oil and then fry onions and green chillies.
-add turmeric and capsicum later.
-fry well then add crumbled tofu, salt.
-until tofu gets mixed with the rest..
- n serve ..

garnish with coriander leaves
